SHIPPING

Shipping Costs: Under 1lb $7.50, Over 1lb $10.50 & 10+ lbs will be $15. Specific shipping costs to all countries located inside and outside the U.S. will be quoted based on the shipping address  provided in the Shipping Method section of the Checkout Page. 

U.S. POSTAL SERVICE FIRST CLASS AND PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING

All shipments will take approximately 3-­5 business days AFTER 1 business day warehouse processing time. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed warehouse processing. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS SHIPPING

Orders must be received by 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday­-Friday and will be processed and shipped same day. Orders received after these times will be processed and shipped the following business day.

U.S. POSTAL SERVICE INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY SHIPPING

We ship worldwide through the U.S. Postal Service International Priority Mail. We offer Flat Rate International Priority Mail shipping. Shipping time will depend upon the destination – up to 10 business days (if international) following 1-­3 business days warehouse processing time. International Priority Mail prices are based on weight and destination and will appear as a Shipping Option in the Shipping Method section of the Checkout Page. Shipping Address information must be provided to receive a shipping quote.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination need to be disputed with the Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
